In 1889, three surveyors were so taken by the beauty and tranquility of the area they named it Paradise Valley. That beauty has translated into an average cost per home of $3.7 million and an estimated $575 per square foot. Committed to giving almost every square foot of its beauty to its suitors, there is very little commercial development and Paradise Valley is 97% owner-occupied. Paradise Valley is just to the north of Camelback Mountain. Despite the cost, a piece of paradise is no expense for those of exquisite taste and who want nothing but the best. If you want to experience the luxurious and the best the Valley of the Sun has to offer, Paradise Valley is the destination for you.
